Destroying the “Last Plane” at Sana’a Airport

SMA NEWS – SANA’A
Following the Israeli airstrikes on the airport of Sana’a, footage showed the “last plane” burning at the site, according to the Israeli description, in which flames and black smoke billowed from the airport.
Meanwhile, Yemenia Airlines announced a temporary suspension of all flights from the airport until further notice, noting that this came after an Israeli attack on one of its civilian aircraft.
In a press statement posted on its Facebook page, the airline said, “The plane was directly targeted just moments before passengers and pilgrims of hajj, were about to board as part of a scheduled group flight. The plane had obtained all necessary permits for landing, operation, and takeoff from all relevant authorities.”
This came after Israel launched four airstrikes on Sana’a airport, the day after a Houthi missile launched as part of ongoing series of Houthi attacks on Israel.
