Dozens of buses are crowded at Al-Abr port and hundreds of families are sleeping on ground

Travelers complained on Friday, about a large crowding of passengers buses at Al-Abr port in Hadhramaut Governorate.
Travelers reported that dozens of buses are crowded in the Al-Abr area awaiting orders to enter the Al-Wadiah port, while drivers confirmed that their order on the waiting list was number 200 only one day ago, which means that there are more than 200 buses waiting for their turn to enter, while dozens of buses are still arriving successively to the Al-Abr area, in addition to hundreds of cars and medium buses.
Dozens of families were seen trying to find shelter for them in light of the lack of suitable places, which forced many women to remain on the buses for the third day while their relatives were sleeping on cartons outside.
Travelers expressed their deep dissatisfaction with the complete absence of the Ministries of Transport and Endowments from this suffering, especially as people are approaching Ramadan.
On Friday, travelers confirmed that for the fifth day at the Al-Abr port, they have not had their turn to enter the Yemeni Al-Wadiah port or the Saudi port.
The travelers stated that they are facing horrific exploitation in the prices of meals.
They appealed to the President of the Leadership Council, the Prime Minister, and the Ministries of Transport and Endowments to put an end to their suffering.
