Foreign Affairs with high-ranking delegation arrives in Muscat on an official visit for several days

In his first visit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Shaye Mohsen Al-Zindani, arrived in the Omani capital, Muscat, on Tuesday evening, on a visit during which he will meet with a number of officials in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman to discuss bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries.
In a press statement, Al-Zindani stressed that Yemeni-Omani relations are solid and deep-rooted fraternal relations, as the two countries are linked by neighborly relations based on a solid foundation of distinguished historical and fraternal ties.
Dr. Al-Zindani said that the importance of this visit stems from the keenness of the two brotherly countries to discuss relations between them at various levels and work to develop them.
The Foreign minister praised the mediation efforts undertaken by the brothers in the Sultanate in coordination with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in order to achieve peace and stability in Yemen.
He was received at Muscat International Airport by Ambassador Sheikh Ahmed bin Hashel Al Maskari, Head of the GCC and Regional Neighbourhood Department, Ambassador Najib bin Yahya Al Balushi, Head of the Department, and Yemen’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, Dr. Khalid Shatif.
