Houthi militia announces the death of 3 of its leaders in clashes with government forces

SMA NEWS – SANA’A
The Iranian Houthi militia announced the death of 3 of its military officers, bringing the number of deaths announced within 48 hours to about 10 prominent field leaders.

The militia said through its media today that 3 of the officers were buried in a large funeral procession in Sana’a, explaining that the dead fell in battles with government forces under the cover of “the battle of long breath and dignity” and other slogans launched by the militia to hide the location and reasons for the death of their field leaders.

Yesterday, the Houthi militia announced the killing of six of its fighters with officer ranks during clashes with the National Army forces.

The Houthi militia officially acknowledged the killing of 557 of its fighters, including senior leaders, during clashes with government forces last year.
