Houthis Threaten to Resume Attacks on US Ships in the Red Sea

The Iranian Houthi militia threatened today to resume targeting US ships and warships in the Red Sea if what it called the United States was involved in participating with Israel in the attack on Iran.

Yahya Saree, the military spokesman for the Sana’a forces, said in a video statement, “If the Americans are involved in the attack and aggression against Iran with the Israeli enemy, we will target their ships and warships in the Red Sea.”

Saree indicated that “any American attack and aggression in support of the Israeli enemy against Iran, within the framework of the same goal, which aims to enable the Israeli enemy to control the entire region, cannot be tolerated,” according to the statement.
