Israeli Raids on Ras Isa, Hodeidah, and Salif Ports

SMA NEWS – HODEIDAH
Houthi and Israeli media reported that the Israeli Air Force carried out airstrikes targeting two Yemeni ports on the Red Sea coast on Friday.
Al-Masirah TV, the mouthpiece of the Yemeni Houthi group, reported that the raids targeted the ports of Ras Isa, Hodeidah, and Salif, located in the Hodeidah Governorate in western Yemen.
Israel’s Channel 14 reported that the army was attacking ports “controlled by the Houthis in Yemen.”
However, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported that the army launched more than 10 attacks on the ports of Hodeidah and Salif, which the Israeli army later confirmed.
Israel’s Channel 13 reported that Israel was waiting for the end of US President Donald Trump’s visit to the Middle East to resume its raids on Yemen. A Sky News Arabia correspondent quoted an Israeli source as saying that Israel is “trying to destroy a number of Houthi-controlled ports through a series of raids” and “seeking to impose a naval blockade on the group.” The Israeli military had issued a warning days earlier demanding the evacuation of three ports, noting that they were being used by the Iran-aligned Houthi group.
