MASAM Removes 548 Mines During the Second Week of March

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (MASAM) project to clear Yemeni lands of mines removed 548 mines during the second week of March 2025, planted by the terrorist Houthi militias in various governorates.

The center said in a statement that the removed mines included 25 anti-tank mines, five anti-personnel mines, 515 unexploded ordnance, and three explosive devices, bringing the total number of mines removed so far in March to 1,606.

The center noted that the number of mines removed since the beginning of the MASAM project has risen to 484,949 mines, having been randomly planted in various governorates, claiming the lives of innocent children, women, and the elderly, and instilling fear in the hearts of the innocent.
