Ship transit through the Suez Canal decreases by two-thirds due to Houthi attacks

The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, UNCTAD, revealed that the movement of cargo ships through the Suez Canal decreased by more than two-thirds due to terrorist attacks launched by the Houthi militias.

The Iran-backed Houthis continue to target commercial ships in Bab al-Mandab, the Red Sea, and the Gulf of Aden.
