UAE celebrates 47th anniversary of the unification of the armed forces

The UAE will celebrate, on Saturday, the 47th anniversary of the unification of its armed forces, in confirmation of the active role played by the UAE in terms of enhancing security and stability in many countries in the region and worldwide.
on the occasion, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, congratulated all members of the UAE Armed Forces on its unification day.
He wrote on “Twitter”: “I was pleased with the participation of our armed forces in celebrating their unification day … a national day in the march of the union and the renaissance of the Emirates.”
He added: “I congratulate all the members of this ancient institution, and I pray to Allah Almighty to have mercy on the founding leaders who made this historic decision.”
