Let Us Live in Peace

Are we clear? Yes, we are very clear to everyone. The south is now passing the most critical stage as we approach the final solution. Enemies ran out of means and ways. They had nothing to keep the south as captive of their ambitions and desires. Today, the south has a unifies political leadership that includes most of the southern spectrum. That is the southern transitional council. A leadership that is open to everyone. Now, we have a well-trained regular army that includes the security belt, elites’ troops and many of the southern army units with clear southern trends. Now, we have southern resistance men with their fighting experience since 2015 and before. Yes, they returned to their works and studies but they are ready to return to fight. Now, we have a temporary flag under which we fight. We have a temporary national anthem. All is needed is a TV channel that they are struggling so that it doesn’t launch but it will launch. We need a currency, an easy thing to do as the Central Bank in Aden is now independent from the one in Sanaa. Zero code of communication is in Aden, not in Sanaa. In short, we have our south back. We shared it with Sanaa peacefully with our free will and now we retrieved it fully with our own free will and many bitter, sorrowful and painful sacrifices.

Remains of Sanaa Regimen do their best to prevent separation of the south just to keep robbing its fortunes. Of course, foreign agendas back them to gain influence over strategic geographic regions or to spread their sectarian calls. Unfortunately, some, minor, brothers with their monetary influence, back this plan as they are under control of ideologically extremist powers who think that doing harm to the southern people can shake the security of their neighbors as a mere source of pride and split for reasons which I think can disappear once they reconsider it. I think they will reconsider it sooner or later as we didn’t gain from them but regret while their interests and solidarity with their brothers will personify the meaning of loyalty.
Another war is launched now against the south to control his decisions and subdue his citizens. This is the war of services. Gentlemen, electricity is not dignity, sewer is not glory and salary is not honor. We are ready to be more patient on condition that this nation’s dignity, glory and honor not to be touched. We suffer poverty, hunger and illness. We are almost dead while some are dreaming that we will run out of patience and then we will kneel. But we won’t. death and life are at hands of God and our homeland can never be the price for anything. Some are using their money and influence to manipulate regional and international interests just to force UN to subdue us with the carrot and stick policy. They invite us to talks while we invite all our brothers in the south, inside and outside, to talks about the southern state. But our talks are limitless and unconditioned. At the same time, we will never negotiate any form of union no matter the forces driving towards such union. Our people payed a relatively high price that no other people in history payed before, for his freedom. Twenty-eight years of humiliation, oppression, killing, poverty and marginalization. Thousand of martyrs, injured, handicapped, orphans, widows and captives. Mass destruction of economy, infrastructure and environment. We are almost extinct. At the same time, some ask us to try what we tried before but under another name!! the same authority of the same vicious powers but under different names. Their allegations concentrate on the interests of neighboring countries and international interests. We concentrate on our interests as part of the region and the world. We know well others interests but these interests can not come on our expense even if we all die out. We will never do harm to regional and international interests but the whole world should understand that stability and security of the south, north and the whole regions is based on a free southern state free of military tension that lives in peace and social security. In short, to all major and minor players we say “Let us live in peace”. This is what we want.
