Southern Troops … A Security Valve for the South and Southern People
Several news websites and users of social media shared news about what “Khaled Al-Azmi” did, as he raised the union flag, an act severely resented in the south as a whole, and especially in Shabwa. Reactions and resentment statements followed condemning this shameful act of Khaled Al-Azmi.
The most intense statements came from Shabwa Elites troops as a series of statements were issued by commandership of Shabwa Elites and then other Elites camps in Shabwa. In general, these statements asserted that the act was individual and does not represent Shabwa Elites troops as these troops will remain loyal to the southern people and southern martyrs who fell under the southern flag sacrificing their lives for liberation and independence of the south.
These statements calmed down the situation in Shabwa and were received by content and relief from Shabwa citizens in addition to shutting down all hateful voices.
Southern citizens, from Bab Al-Mandeb in the west to Al-Mehra in the east, are hoping that southern flags will remain high in the sky, thanks to God first and then southern troops. Those citizens will remain loyal to this glorious flag under which liberation, independence and restoration of the just and egalitarian state of the south will be achieved, under protection of our heroic armed forces that work on protecting our people, restoring his rights and fulfilling his needs and expectations.
God saves our Shabwa Elites troops as a safeguard to Shabwa and its people. Victory is for our southern troops everywhere and defeat is for enemies of the south.
