The Islah Party when it blows its feather for nothing

The Islah Party, which buzzed the world’s ears, and turned the world upside down with the need to classify the Houthis as a terrorist movement, it is declaring that the Houthis are the most worthy to partner with it in the expected dialogue, that they are the most deserving of being a civil political force in the present and the future, with the condition for the success of any upcoming consultations, according to them it is required that consultations to be confined between Islah and Houthis only, saying: (Any negotiating procedures for the final solution when it is reached should be between two parties, the legitimate government as a legitimate party, and the Houthi militia as a coup party).

What is the point of classifying the Houthis as terrorism if they will represent a major party in the consultations, and the party that demanded their classification as a political force will deal with them?

Was it necessary for other forces, such as the Southern Transitional Council, which rejects the Islah to be among the parties to the dialogue, to be a terrorist or a coup in order for the Islah to accept it as a partner at the table? This party does not recognize and deals only with those who have power, as it does with the Houthis, completely, and they are the ones who broke its political, tribal and military law in the summer of Sana’a.

The other problem that this party faces with everyone – opponents and partners – is that it sets conditions and dictates in their faces, not as if it is the party crowned with the crown of Victory, and not the defeated and neglected party in this war. Including – according to the paper presented by its negotiating delegation in the Jordanian capital, Amman, to the UN envoy -: (Everyone surrenders their weapons to the state), and the country intended for Islah is certainly the one that it seizes in the name of legitimacy, and the parties that must hand over their weapons to it are the southerners, the Houthis and the conferences, as people are naive to the point that they surrender their necks to Islah again.

It also adds its repetitive and boring condition, which is that any solution must be based on the rule of the three references. It is the references that many of its repetitions have become a source of vomiting and disgust.

Then, after all of that, the Islah Party does not forget to give others its usual advice that they should abandon putting forward preconditions that might hinder settlement efforts.
