[su_label type=”info”]SAMA News – Report[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_label type=”info”]Amman – SMA – PIC[/su_label][/su_spacer] With significant attendance of several military, security, political and academic figure, MADAR center for research and studies held a discussion forum under the title of “Terrorism and its Risk” about the latest terrorist attack targeted the Criminal Investigation Office of Adan Security Department. The forum was held on Wednesday November 8th 2017.
Eng. Gamal Mutlak, director of the forum presented the issue from several aspects. In addition, attendants presented their points of views, according to their specialties, about the criteria of terrorist acts, its significance, timing and how to deal with it as seen in the case of Adan attack.
Discussion also analyzed key players of the current scene in the south and the whole region and the embedded messages that are meant to be reflected in the report of UN delegate to Yemen to justify specific measures in favor of one party of key players that is directly involved in international anti-terrorism efforts.
It is noteworthy that the accident clearly showed how fragile are the organizational concepts of the security organization. This is a real reflection of the unclear national identity.
The discussion also dealt with the undetermined security situation that favors one party while another party is bearing the ethical and legal responsibilities in front of the people. This clearly supports several efforts that want to nail the victorious free southern will. A situation like that adds more complexations to the project of the southern transitional council is publicly supported in the south as the council declared several times that it is willing to cooperate with the international society in its anti-terrorism war to foster security and peace in the whole region.
Next week, the center will hold a discussion for a research paper prepared by a military academic who will discuss “Security Situation in Adan after Liberation and How to Deal with it”.
