15,000 Beneficiaries of New UAE Aid in Hadhramaut

Nearly 15,000 people benefited from UAE food aid in Hadhramaut, as part of a campaign targeting workers and employees of the Cleaning Fund.

The Emirates Red Crescent in Hadhramaut stated in a statement that it “launched the distribution of 1,783 food parcels to workers and employees of the Cleaning Fund as part of a campaign targeting 14,885 beneficiaries from needy families and low-income groups in several districts of Hadhramaut Governorate.”

The statement explained that “the Emirates Red Crescent, in cooperation with the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation in Hadhramaut Governorate, launched the distribution of 1,783 food parcels designated for sanitation and improvement workers on the Hadhramaut coast, at the start of a humanitarian campaign targeting the distribution of 2,977 food parcels in the coming days.”
