170 African Immigrants Are Arrested In The Coast Of Shabwa

The security services seized dozens of illegal African immigrants in the coast of Shabwa Governorate.
The Security Information Center of the Ministry of Interior in the internationally recognized government said that Shabwa Governorate police managed to seize 170 people from the Horn of Africa while trying to enter the country illegally.
The police added that the African infiltrators were on a boat called “Al -Zahir”, which was driven by four sailors with Somali citizenship.
It pointed out that 81 people from the seized were Somalis (76 men and 5 women), while the other 89 were Ethiopians, (35 men, 51 women and 3 children).
The police stated that legal measures were taken against the infiltrators, as part of the existing official efforts to combat illegal immigration and limit it.
