A British team inspects the needs of the port of Aden Containers Terminal

The Head of the Economic Recovery Team at the UK Embassy, Mr. Alexander Petka, accompanied by a delegation, visited in the capital the port of Aden Container Terminal, where they were received by representatives of the management of the Aden Ports Development Corp..
The two parties discussed, with the participation of officials and senior merchants of the capital, Aden, and agents of shipping lines, the process of economic recovery of the city, the challenges faced by merchants, and issues of entry permits for ships to the port and insurance against risks.
The meeting touched on double customs collection, including the customs riyal, and banking problems, in addition to lists of goods prohibited from being imported.
