A grant from UAE.. Completion of surveys for a solar plant site in Ataq

A technical team from the ILF Consulting Company of the Emirati company, Masdar, visited the city of Ataq in Shabwa governorate, to survey the sites of the solar energy power plant funded by the UAE.

The deputy governor of Shabwa, Ahmed Saleh Al-Daghari, welcomed the visit of the technical team, praising the UAE support in all fields in Shabwa.

The advisory delegation, accompanied by officials of the General Electricity Corporation in Shabwa governorate, visited Al-Sawa area in Ataq to complete the necessary surveys, to establish an electric station with an estimated capacity of 100 megawatts, with Emirati support.
