A presidential decision is issued appointing Major General Shalal Shayea as head of Counter-Terrorism

A presidential decision is issued, on Thursday, by the Presidential Leadership Council stated the appointment of Major General Shalal Ali Shayea as head of Counter-Terrorism.

The Council decided to establish a counter-terrorism agency, based in the capital, Aden, so that the agency would work on referring terrorism cases, the accused, seized items, and all evidence to the competent judicial authorities.
