Acting President of the Council meets dignitaries and notables from Al-Mahra governorate

Major General Ahmed Saeed Bin Brik, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly met on Thursday, with a number of dignitaries, notables and residents from Al-Mahra governorate.
The meeting discussed a number of issues related to the governorate and ways to address the issues it suffers from as a result of the emergence of some negative and new phenomena aimed at destabilizing the security of the governorate and obstructing the political work of the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council internally and externally.
In the meeting, the Acting President praised the patriotic spirit and high vigilance enjoyed by the people of Al-Mahra and its sheikhs in maintaining the security and stability of the governorate and maintaining social peace.
Major General Bin Brik stressed the need to strengthen cohesion, unify ranks and create a spirit of cooperation between all tribes and segments of society in the governorate, noting that the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council pays great attention to all governorates of the South and to Al-Mahra governorate in particular.
Major General Bin Brik reassured the attendees that things are going on the right path, and that the future, will witness many positive changes.
