Aden power stations stopped working due to the late arrival of fuel

The General Electricity Corporation of Aden explained that a number of generating stations actually began to stop due to the delay in the arrival of fuel allocated to them for the third day in a row.
According to the Director General, Mr. Salem Al-Walidi, and the General Director of Generation, Mr. Samir Awad, as per their field visit to the oil facility located in Al-Buraiqa, confirmed that the process of supplying fuel tankers was delayed due to the delay of the refineries and oil companies to receive directives from the concerned authorities to supply the power stations until eleven o’clock this morning. .
The administration of Aden Electricity appeals to all concerned parties to expedite the supply of power stations, before the remaining stations stop working due to the running out of fuel.
