Aden Security Director Discusses with UNDP Training Programs for the Capital Police Members

Major General Mutahhar Al-Shoaibi, Director of Aden Capital Security, on Tuesday, at the Security Department headquarters in Khormaksar District, received Dr. Abeer Noman, representatives of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).

In the presence of (PASS) Foundation, the two sides discussed the project’s implementing partner, the opportunities and challenges facing the project during the course of training and rehabilitation work for Aden the Capital Security members, as it targeted a number of police stations in its first phase.

The meeting discussed the second phase of the project and the proposed interventions, including networking and training projects for the security cadre in Aden the capital through training courses for Aden Security members for seven security centers, including Tawahi, Al-Qalua, Crater, Mansoura, Kabota and Al-Drain.

Major General Al-Shoaibi pointed out the importance of training programs for security personnel and members of security centers through specialized courses that reflect raising the level of efficiency in performing their security tasks in the field to impose security.

The representatives of the United Nations Development Program appreciated the efforts of Aden Security in establishing security and stability in the capital, and the interest of the Director of the Capital Security and his keenness to continue training and qualifying members of Aden the Capital Security.
