Aden Security Launches Awareness Program on the Dangers of Cyber Extortion and Drugs at Balqis High School

As part of its social responsibility and ongoing efforts to protect youth, the Director of Aden Security, Major General Mutahhar Ali Naji Al-Shuaibi, launched an awareness program this morning aimed at raising awareness among female high school students about the dangers of cyber extortion and the scourge of drugs.
This program is being implemented by the Family Protection Department and the Women’s Police and includes field visits to a number of schools in Aden to educate students about the dangers of these negative phenomena and how to prevent them.
This awareness activity comes as part of the Aden Security Department’s efforts, in coordination with the Ministry of Education, to enhance security and social stability and to solidify the concept of partnership between security agencies and educational institutions in confronting destructive behaviors.
The launch of the awareness program at Balqis Model Secondary School was warmly received by the school administration, teachers, and students, who expressed their appreciation for these efforts aimed at protecting youth from online and social risks in light of the current circumstances facing the country.
The event was attended by a number of school administrators, teachers, and students, as well as representatives from security agencies and the women’s police force.
