Aden the capital bids farewell to the body of the UN official who was assassinated in Taiz to his country, Jordan

The capital, Aden, on Tuesday, witnessed an official farewell ceremony through the capital’s airport for the body of the director of the World Food Program’s office in Taiz, Moayad Hamidi, to his country, Jordan.
At the head of the participants in the farewell ceremony was the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zaouri, who was at the reception of the martyr’s body upon its arrival from Taiz to Al-Jamhoorya Hospital Authority in the capital, Aden, in preparation for his transfer to his hometown.
In a media statement, Minister Al-Zaouri expressed his deep sorrow over what the terrorist elements committed in Al-Turbah, Taiz governorate, and their targeting of the UN official, Moayad Hamidi.

For his part, Mr. Richard Ragal, Country Director of the World Food Program in Yemen, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to Minister Al-Zaouri and his escort of the body of the martyr Moayad Hamidi to Aden Airport in preparation for his transfer to his hometown, Jordan, expressing thanks to the government for the measures it took to arrest the perpetrators of this heinous crime.

The farewell ceremony of the body of Moayad Hamidi was attended by Major General Mutahar Al-Shuaibi, director of security in Aden the capital, Mansour Zaid, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, and Dr. Maryam Al-Doughani, Head of the Relief and International Cooperation Department at the Office of the Presidency of the Republic.
