Aden the capital celebrates 53rd anniversary of national Independence Day in presence of Transitional Council Leadership

The capital Aden, witnessed on Monday, a speech ceremony marking the 53rd anniversary of the national independence day, the 30th of November, under the slogan “Towards a broad southern alignment on the road to restoring the independent state of the South.”
At the opening of the ceremony, Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, the Assistant Secretary General of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council delivered a speech in which he conveyed the greetings of the President of the Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, to the people of the South and the brave heroes of the Southern Armed Forces who are steadfast in the fronts of confrontations for freedom, pride and dignity.
Al-Jaadi pointed out that this memory, “comes while the south is going through turns and challenges, and inspires us new meanings of cohesion, close ranks, and challenges of the current stage with all its complexities, and we proceed with conscious minds from our deep belief that the justice of our people and the right to determine our political options and build our just civil state”.
Al-Jaadi explained in his speech, “We have known the agenda, deception and political deception practiced by parties against the free will of our people, and the most telling evidence of this is the practices of the Brotherhood tools that dominate the decision of legitimacy, through their avoidance of the commitments of the Riyadh Agreement and the continued mobilization of its terrorist militia towards the south, while their military camps in the north are falling in the hands of the Houthi militia. ”
Al-Jaadi emphasized that the Riyadh Agreement is an available option for the Southern Transitional Council and seeks to achieve all its objectives, in fulfillment of the covenant made by the Council with its brothers in the Arab Coalition led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and the Council’s keenness to end the war and bring peace, stressing in the same the context to forcefully confront any irresponsible military actions aimed at undermining the Riyadh Agreement.
At the ceremony, which was attended by members of the Presidency of the Council, Lawyer Niran Sooki, Mr. Lotfi Shatara, both Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, and Dr. Soheir Ahmed Ali, Dr. Mona Bashrahil, Brigadier Pilot Nasser Al-Saadi and Dr. Abdel Nasser Al-Wali, in additional to national militant and legal personalities, social representatives and a large crowd of citizens, a number of speeches were delivered from Brigadier General Salih Ali Zangal, head of the Supreme Commission for the Army and Southern Security, and Ms. Shafiqa Morshed for trade unions and civil society organizations.
In the event revolutionary poems were recited, and school students performed performances on the tones of music and songs related to the national independence day of 30 November, during which they raised the flags of the South.
