Aden the capital Deputy Governor Inspects Civil Service Office

Deputy Governor of Aden and Secretary-General of the Local Council, Badr Mu’awin Saeed, paid an inspection visit to the Civil Service Office in Aden.
During the visit, he extended congratulations and blessings, on his behalf and on behalf of His Excellency the Minister of State and Governor of Aden Governorate, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, to the administration and employees of the Civil Service Office on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
During his inspection tour of the Civil Service Office, the Deputy Governor of Aden Governorate and Secretary General of the Local Council, Badr Muawin Saeed, was briefed by the Director General of the Civil Service and Insurance Office, Mohammed Abdulmalik Hassan, and employees, managers and heads of departments on the level of job discipline on the first day of official work after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday at the Civil Service Office and at the level of (63) government units and facilities affiliated with the local authority in the capital, Aden. The attendance rate on the first day of official work after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday reached 97%. He also reviewed the contents of the general archive, which contains approximately (126,000) files, as well as the registration files for those wishing to obtain public employment, which contains (37,000) files. The Deputy Governor of Aden Governorate stressed the importance of completing the archiving of files via computer and linking the service office to the network system with the various facilities and offices affiliated with the local authority in the capital, Aden, as the service office represents the “backbone of the state’s administrative apparatus.” He praised the efforts of the new administration of the service and members of the civil service in supervising and monitoring daily the achievement of administrative discipline and commitment to official working hours, especially during such days that coincide with the first days after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday.
