Aden Traffic Police launches Arab Traffic Week

The security administration of the capital, Aden, announced on Saturday morning the launch of the Arab Traffic Week activities for the current year, under the slogan “With our awareness, we arrive safe.”
Major General Mutahar Al-Shuaibi, Director of Security of the capital, Aden, said, “We are pleased to launch the Arab Traffic Week, hoping to establish an integrated traffic system, with the efforts of the traffic police.”
He called for the seizure of unnumbered and illegal vehicles, motorcycles, cars passing with one number, or cars being driven by minor children whose age is not more than 18 years.
He stressed that security and traffic police measures would be taken during the current week, threatening severe penalties for cars that do not have license plates or pose a security threat to citizens.
