Aden Water Corporation Restores Water Pipeline After Intensive Efforts

After approximately three days of continuous work, Aden Water Corporation succeeded in restoring the main water pipeline extending between Al-Shaab and Al-Haswa to service after it was interrupted due to the floods that swept through the city.

The repair work included replacing and repairing damaged parts of the pipeline. The Corporation’s teams worked for approximately 60 continuous hours, using all available mechanisms to ensure the return of water to citizens as quickly as possible.

The Corporation confirmed that the restoration of service is part of its efforts to address the effects of the emergency floods and ensure the continued, safe, and continuous water supply to the city.
