Aden’s power stations gradually begin to go out of service

The Electricity Corporation in the capital, Aden, announced on Saturday, that the power generation stations have begun to gradually stop working, confirming that the stations have stopped due to the lack of diesel fuel.

It warned that it expects all generating stations in the capital, Aden, to stop at dawn tomorrow, Sunday, if the stations are not provided with quantities of diesel fuel to operate them.

The Corporation said that the amount of diesel that arrived at the power stations amounted to 4,000 tons allocated to 4 governorates in the capital, Aden, Abyan, Lahj, and Al-Dhalea, sufficient for only 4 days of operation.
