During the meeting, several ministers who were loyal to the Public Conference, appeared including General Galal Al-Ruaishan, vice prime minister for security and defense affairs, Mohamed Ben Hafiz, minister of health, Hesham Sharaf, minister of foreign affairs, Ali Al-Qaisy, minister of internal administration, Ali Abu Hulaika, minister of parliamentary affairs. Other members of the government were absent including Mahmoud Gulidan, minister of telecommunications, Sheikh Husain Hazeb, minister of higher education, and General Mohamed Al-Atfy, minister of defense, who were though to be under house arrest because Al-Houthi militias don’t trust them. sources of the Public Conference Party in Sanaa indicated that Al-Houthi militias arrested Foad Al-Kamim, the financial officer of the party while he was leaving his work in the ministry of finance.
