After Visiting Wady Al-Musainy, Al-Ba Hasany declares the End of Al-Faisal Operation Against Al-Qaeda

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Hadhramaut – Follow-ups [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] In his interview with Al-Shark Al-Awsat Journal, General Farag Salmeen Al-Ba Hasany, governor of Hadhramaut and commander of the second military zone, said that Al-Faisal military operation against terrorist groups in the countryside of Al-Makla ended with achieving all its objectives as Wady Al-Musainy is now clear of terrorist elements and military forces completed deployment in this strategic area. He indicated that his field visit to the area and military forces stationed there showed the massive destruction of the valley and the farm where terrorist elements were hiding. Al-Ba Hasany indicated that Wady Al-Musainy is a rough mountain area 100 km away from Al-Makla where terrorist elements established strongholds and hidings with a fresh water spring at the peak of the valley. Terrorist used this area for training and preparing car bombs and explosive belts for suicidal bombers to disrupt the security and stability of Al-Makla and other near cities of Hadhramaut. He added that securing this area enforces the security of Hadhramaut as a whole, as terrorists, either works according to their extreme aggressive thinking or foreign agendas, suffered massive casualties with more than 30 killings and a huge number of wounded and captives in addition to seizing computers, explosives and documents that are under investigation and analysis of intel. He asserted that this operation came to successful end but itel work and military campaigns for eliminating terrorists will continue until Hadhramaut is free of all kinds terrorism. Al-Ba Hasany negated local news about terrorists controlling some areas in Hajar directorate indicating that such new came to decrease military achievements of Hadhramaut Elites Forces in clearing Wady Al-Musainy off terrorists.
