Al-Awlaki meets with members of STC National Assembly , local leadership in Shabwa, and Special Forces and Combating Terrorism Command

The member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Salem Thabet Al-Awlaki, met on Tuesday, in Aden the capital, with representatives of Shabwa governorate in the National Assembly and members of the local leadership of the Transitional Council in the governorate, and the commander of the Special Forces and Combating Terrorism Brigade, Brigadier General Adel Al-Musabi
The meeting began with reciting al-Fatiha on the soul of the late Dr. Saleh Amer al-Sahaqi, the member of the National Assembly, and for the soldier of the Shabwani Elite Forces, Zakaria Baawda, who was martyred by the sinful hands of terrorism in Shabwa governorate.
In the meeting, the member of the Presidency, Salem Thabet Al-Awlaki, indicated that the project of Brotherhoodizing the state’s civilian, security and military institutions in the governorate will not succeed no matter what is prepared for those in charge of this suspicious agenda, and that what is currently happening is tampering with the governorate’s capabilities, resources and goods in order to employ it for the Brotherhood’s militia’s agenda and its gang of oil and corruption, in which this will not continue.
Al-Awlaki stressed that the killings, assassinations and prosecutions carried out by the Islah militia and Al-Qaeda against the sons of Shabwa who are members of the Elite Forces are carried out with political cover, and that the Transitional Council will not hesitate to carry out its duties towards Shabwa.
For his part, Brigadier General Adel Al-Musabi, commander of the Special Forces Brigade and Combating Terrorism, affirmed that with the cooperation of all people of Shabwa will lead to security and stability of the governorate, and that the Riyadh agreement came to arrange conditions in a manner that achieves security, stability and consensus, calling on the people of Shabwa to give priority to the public interest of the governorate and its sons against the party agenda.
The members of the National Assembly and the local leadership in Shabwa discussed many issues related to the governorate and made recommendations for the necessary treatments, stressing the role of the various bodies of the Southern Transitional Council regarding the current situation in Shabwa.
