Al-Bahasani Attends a Military Parade in Al-Muheeb – Al-Makla, in Celebration of the Third Anniversary of Liberating Hadhramaut Coast.
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Al-Makla – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] [su_dropcap]G[/su_dropcap]eneral Farag Salmeen Al-Bahasani, governor of Hadhramaut and commander of the second military zone, attended a carnival and a military parade held in Al-Raian Brigade Camp – Al-Makla, on April 24th, 2019. Several units representing troops of the second military zone participated in the parade held in celebration of the third anniversary of liberating Hadhramaut coast.
In his speech, Al-Bahasani congratulated president Abd Rabu Mansour Hady, on behalf of the local authority of Hadhramaut and commandership of the second military zone, for the memory of victory over Al-Qaeda. He said: “April 24th will remain the date of victory in our war against terrorism” adding that citizens of Hadhramaut refused to remain under vicious control of Al-Qaeda. He also thanked the Arab Coalition and the heroic deeds of its troops indicating that citizens of Hadhramaut proved their ability to defend their territories against enemies. He also talked about services indicating that during three years Hadhramaut establish a 75-megawatt electric power station to provide Hadhramaut Valley and Desert with electric power in addition to other strategic projects including Okba road, the circular road of Al-Kotn, a 10-megawatt power station in Al-Rida and Kusaier, an 8-megawatt power station eastern Al-Dees, digging tens of water wells and starting the establishment of 40-megawatt power station in Al-Shuhur.
Sheikh Amr Ben Hebrish, first deputy of Hadhramaut, brigadier Said Al-Ammari, deputy minister of internal affairs of eastern governorates, brigadier Muneer Al-Tamimi, Chief of police in Hadhramaut coast, brigadier Owaidan Al-Gouhi, chief of staff of the second military zone, commanders of military brigades and a group of military commanders and public figures attended the celebration.
