Al-Bahsani visits the Heart Disease Charitable Foundation and praises the Saudi support

Major General Faraj Al-Bahsani, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council and member of the Presidential Leadership Council, on Saturday, inspected the Heart Disease Charitable Foundation and its treatment services for patients.

During his meeting with the President of the Foundation, he reviewed the efforts of the Saudi Pulse Voluntary Program for Heart Diseases and Surgery for the year 2023, which included performing 510 open heart surgeries, 1,546 therapeutic catheterizations, 2,422 diagnostic catheterizations, and examining and examining 156,958 cases.

Al-Bahsani was keen to inspect the Foundation’s departments, to see the departments’ activity and contributions, the level of medical equipment and the capacity in the operating and lying-in rooms, expressing the Leadership Council’s readiness to support the Foundation, for its humanitarian and charitable role.

He praised the support of the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the Charitable Heart Disease Foundation, based on the Kingdom’s humanitarian and charitable role, expressing his appreciation for the pioneering role of Saudi Arabia in treating many patients and relieving the burden on their shoulders.

Al-Bahsani stressed the profound impact of Saudi support through the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid to the Heart Foundation, by conducting examinations, inspections and surgical operations for patients and providing the necessary treatment and health care.
