Al-Batool: Our southern forces secured the border and today dominating areas in the depth of # Taiz
Colonel Mahmoud Al-Batool, commander of the 5th Resistance Brigade, leader of the Azariq front, that after the 5th Resistance Brigade declaration, the Azariq front now is able to be more coherent, after all groups battling in the front of the Azariq under the umbrella of the brigade.
Al-Batool stressed that the 5th Resistance Brigade is the custodian of all fighters in the Al-Azariq front and is the only brigade deployed in the border areas with Taiz, and with the efforts of its members and leaders could manage to achieve landslide victories that confused the enemy’s plans, and led to securing the borders and incursions deep into the northern regions to pursue Houthi militias which citizens suffer of them in those areas.
Colonel Al-Batool said that all efforts were crowned with success and we were able to set an example with the Azariq front, today it is more organized and fully subjected to unified leadership and in high readiness for any emergency, stressing that, despite the difficult possibilities, we were and are still prepared to fulfill the call of the national duty, and we will not argue or retreat regardless of the circumstances.
Al-Batool added that the southern leadership witnessed our victories and was always aware of all the progress that we have achieved, appreciating the role of Major General Shallal Ali Shaya in supporting the front.
At the same time, Al-Batool called on the Presidency of the Transitional Council, represented by President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, to double the efforts to support the Azariq front, which is no less important than other fronts.
Colonel Al-Batool concluded his statement by sending a message to the Arab Coalition that the priority is to support the spearhead of combating the coup, and it is the fronts of Al-Dhalea today that deserves support in light of its activity and the continuous breakage of all attempts by the coup militias to advance.
