Al-Gaadi Discusses with Minister of Endowments and Guidance Ways to Enhance Work and Moderate Religious Discourse

Mr. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Gaadi, member of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the STC, met today, Tuesday, at the Secretariat headquarters in the capital, Aden, with the Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Dr. Mohammad bin Aida Shabiba.
In the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Al-Gaadi welcomed Minister Shabiba, and they discussed ways to enhance work and cooperation in promoting religious awareness and guidance and to provide support for spreading it on the ground.
The Secretary-General was briefed by Dr. Mohammad Shabiba on the overall work activities of the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance, the exerted efforts and actions undertaken by the Ministry in promoting religious discourse, determining its priorities, and awareness-raising methods aimed at serving the community.
Shabiba appreciated the role of the STC and lauded the efforts that have been made by the Council in various fields in general and those related to guidance and religious discourse in particular. At the same time, he expressed his thanks for the good reception.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Bassem Mansour Al-Hawshabi, Head of the Media and Cultural Department of the General Secretariat, and Dr. Waddah Al-Shabahi, Head of the Thought and Guidance Department of the General Secretariat.
