Al-Gaadi: Documents of Corrupt Appearing in Newspapers Are More Than Enough to Send Corrupts to Prison if We Were in Another Country
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Aden – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Fadl Al-Gaadi, assistant secretary general of the Southern Transitional Council indicating that fighting corruption and corrupt persons is a national responsibility and and ethical duty of all free honorable citizens who seek a state of citizenship and dignity. Al-Gaadi said so during his meeting with Sheikh Saleh Al-Awlaki, member of the council’s presidency in the Southern Commission for Anti-corruption at the general secretariat.
Al-Gaadi appreciated the role of the commission in fighting corruption adding that detecting and uncovering corruption stems from deep belief that development and construction starts from eliminating corruption and prosecuting corrupt persons. He added that the state can never do well as long as corruption is controlling over its major joints.
Al-Gaadi expressed his astonishment of the governmental dealing with daily systematic corruption in all administrative facilities and ministries. He added: ” Documents of Corrupt Appearing in Newspapers Are More Than Enough to Send Corrupts to Prison if We Were in Another Country Even If Smaller Than Yemen”.
Al-Gaadi discussed joint cooperation with the Southern Commission of Anti-corruption to achieve public interest indicating that the council respects the autonomy of the commission and its reliance on transparency and credibility asserting that the council’s goal can never contradict with the commission’s as these goals are coherent as long as the target is fixed while means to reach it vary.
