Al-Hadramy and Al-Yazidy visit Al-Berika court restoration project
[su_label type=”info”]Aden – SMA – Mohamed Al-Kadery [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_label type=”info”]Amman – SMA – PIC[/su_label][/su_spacer] Faheem Abdullah Al-Hadramy, member of the supreme council of Justice and chairman of Adan Appeal Court, accompanied by Hany Mohamed Al-Yazidy, general director of Al-Berika, visited the project of restoring Al-Berika court of justice, with costs of 17 million Reals. During the visit, the excutive office supervising restorations, “Mohamed Kassem Al-Gaady”, provided a full report about the project and limitations that face it. Al-Hadramy asserted the importance of finalizing the project as quickly as possible so that the justice system can resume its activities (court – DA office) to facilitate procedures of litigation that stopped since coup militias attacked Adan in March 2015. Also, Al-Hadramy praised the efforts of Al-Berika governorate represented in Al-Yazidy, in cooperating with the justice system and facilitating any barriers. In accompaniment of Al-Hadramy and Al-Yazidy, Yasser Amzory, director of minister of justice’s office, Ahmed Shaef, chairman of Al-Berikas court, Abd El-Kader Al-FadLy, the DA, Marwa Al-Sebaay, personal affairs judge, Omar Shaibany, director of appeal court, Mohamed Sulktan, director of Al-Berika court and Samy Ba Abbad, judge in Al-Berika court, attended the visit.
