Al-Houthi Leader Killed by Citizens in Al-Baida

Al-Khalany killed a citizen in cold blood to terrorize other citizens who sieged and executed him in revenge to their killed fellow. Local sources indicated that Al-Khalany was responsible for several terrorizing acts against citizens, including killing and torturing, in Al-Baida for three years now.
