Al-Jaadi chairs joint meeting of heads of departments in General Secretariat and administrations of Transitional Council in Aden the capital

Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General in General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, on Thursday, chaired a joint meeting of the heads of the departments of the General Secretariat with the administrations of the Executive Body of the Transitional Council in the capital, Aden, with the participation of Eng. Nizar Haitham, member of the Presidency of the Council, Head of the Executive Body of the Southern Transitional Council in the capital, Aden.

In the meeting, which was attended by Mr. Essam Abdo Ali, deputy head of the Transitional Council Executive in the capital, Aden, the Deputy Secretary-General stressed the importance of strengthening joint work between the departments of the General Secretariat and administrations of the Transitional Council Executive in the capital in all fields, to provide tangible work in society and directly multiply it to serve the country and the southern citizens.

Al-Jaadi stressed the need to intensify activities in the districts and submit reports, recommendations and proposals that support the progress of work to present it in an appropriate manner, stressing the importance of providing the space required for communication, while developing appropriate notes and solutions to address obstacles that may arise during the implementation of tasks.

For his part, Eng. Nizar Haitham indicated that the work is complementary between all, stressing the importance of the spirit of joint cooperation between the departments of the General Secretariat and the administrations in the Transitional Council Executive in the capital, and redoubling efforts to enhance work in all aspects.

The meeting reviewed a number of proposals that would enhance the work of the administrations in the Transitional Council Executive in the capital, Aden, in coordination with the departments of the General Secretariat, in addition to the most prominent difficulties facing the work of the administrations in the executive body of the Southern Transitional Council in the capital, Aden, and the best ways to overcome them.
