Al-Jaadi inaugurates training workshop for heads of organizational administrations in Council Executive bodies and universities coordinators

The Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Fadl Mohammed Al-Jaadi, inaugurated on Tuesday, a training workshop that is being held by the organizational department of the General Secretariat in the capital, Aden, for heads of organizational departments in the executive bodies of the local leaderships of the Transitional Council in the governorates, and the Council’s coordinators in universities, about preparing the draft annual plan of the Council for the year 2022.

At the beginning of the workshop, Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi delivered a speech in which he stressed the importance of organizational work and its effective primary role in the Council’s bodies, and all facilities and institutions in the governorates of the South, pointing to the need to provide institutional work and organizational administration to be appeared in the best possible forms that would raise the professional level and strengthen the organizational aspect to reach the desired results in practical areas that benefit the South and the southern citizens.

Mr. Mohsen Abd, Deputy Head of the Organizational Department, spoke about the importance of the workshop and its objectives, which include training on preparation of the draft annual plan, and how to complete the work plans for the year 2022, pointing to the importance of renewing practical programs aimed at strengthening and developing organizational work in the administrations of the local leaderships of the Council and in the Council’s coordinators in universities, and unifying the efforts to focus on preparing qualitative organizational plans that touch on the society needs and achieve the required ambitions.

The participants in the training workshop received detailed explanation on the guide to preparing the annual plan for the year 2022, and reviewed samples of the nature of the periodic report and the method of preparing it, as well as how to edit meeting minutes, in addition to the administrative procedures aimed at strengthening organizational capabilities in the service of institutional work.

After providing explanations for the organizational procedures, administrative models, preparing plans, and training on how to implement them on job reality, there was discussion with the participants in the workshop, in which they presented a number of perceptions, suggestions, and observations that were taken into consideration in the workshop to be adopted in its recommendations.
