Al-Jaadi: The camera lens of Nabil Al-Quaiti was title for victory of the South against the forces of terrorism

A memorial event was held on Thursday, in the capital, Aden, on the occasion of the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the heroic international photographer, Nabil Hassan Al-Quaiti, under the patronage of President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council.
Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, delivered a speech at the event, which was attended by members of the Presidency of the Council, Niran Sooki, Mr. Lotfi Shatara, Vice-Chairmen of the National Assembly, Eng. Nizar Haitham, Head of the Executive Authority of the Transitional Council in the Capital, Aden, and Mukhtar Al-Yafei, Deputy Chairman of the National Southern Media Authority, in addition to the family, friends and fans of the martyr, in which Al-Jaadi conveyed to those present the greetings of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Transitional Council, who assigned him to represent him in this event in appreciation of the memory of the martyr of the south, photographer Nabil Al-Quaiti.
Al-Jaadi stressed that the brave martyr Nabil Al-Quaiti, was the title of a victory in the name of the will of the southerners, with a camera lens that kills the forces of terrorism and enrages the enemies of the south and the Arab project.
Al-Jaadi said: “The forces of darkness had no choice but to violate the freedom of journalism with a treacherous and cowardly assassination of the photographer, who derived his stability from the cause of the south and the southern revolution that will not calm down, his spirit as well, until his killers receive their just punishment.”
At the conclusion of his speech, Al-Jaadi affirmed that the Transitional Council will stand with the family of the martyr Nabil, and will do everything in its power to end his case so that the killers receive their just punishment.
A speech was also delivered in the event on behalf of the martyr’s family, delivered by Dr. Amin Hassan Al-Quaiti, in which he thanked the leadership of the Council for their efforts to stand with the family of the martyr Nabil, and to hold this event.
Youssef Mohammad Al-Quaiti also delivered a speech by the Preparatory Committee, in which he enumerated the merits of the martyr Nabil and what he presented to the south and his cause, praising the role of the Council in reviving this annual event.
Lt. Col. Mohammad al-Naqib, the official spokesman for the Southern Armed Forces, delivered a speech for the military media, in which he spoke about the role of the media in the war, stressing the role of the martyr Nabil al-Quaiti in spurring enthusiasm, exposing the lies of the enemy, and raising the morale of the southern forces by his presence on the front lines.
The memorial event included the recitation of a number of poems, the screening of a documentary film about the martyr Nabil Al-Quaiti and his career, in addition to distributing to the attendees copies of a book telling the story of the life of the hero martyr Nabil Al-Quaiti.
