Al-Kathiri witnesses the artistic, parade and honorary ceremony for the Security Belt Forces in the capital, Aden

Mr. Ali Abdullah Al-Kathiri, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, President of the National Assembly, witnessed on Tuesday, the artistic, parade and honorary ceremony for the Security Belt Forces in the capital, Aden, and their efforts and achievements for the year 2024 AD, under the patronage of President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Transitional Council, Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council.
At the ceremony, which was attended by Dr. Nasser Al-Khubaji, Head of the Political Auxiliary Authority, Major General Ali Al-Bishi, Commander of the Southern Land Forces, Brigadier General Mohsen Al-Wali, Commander-in-Chief of the Security Belt Forces, Brigadier General Awsan Al-Anshli, Chief of Staff of the Southern Land Forces, Commander of the First Presidential Protection Brigade, Dr. Major General Qaid Atef, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Major General Mutahhar Al-Shaibi, Director of Security of the Capital Aden, Brigadier General Jalal Al-Rubaie, Commander of the Security Belt Forces in the Capital Aden, and a number of southern security and military leaders, Professor Ali Al-Kathiri delivered a speech in which he conveyed to the attendees the greetings of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, and his wishes to all leaders, officers, non-commissioned officers and members of the Southern Armed Forces and security for more achievements, excellence, progress and prosperity. In his speech during the ceremony, which was also attended by Mukhtar Al-Yafei, Vice President of the National Authority for Southern Media, Badr Muawin, Secretary-General of the Local Council in the capital Aden, and leaders of the local authority and the Transitional Council, Al-Kathiri noted that “without those great sacrifices and successes that are being achieved day after day by the Security Belt Forces, the Southern Armed Forces and security in general, we would not have met in this hall. And these heroes who are fighting to this day and confronting all types and campaigns of invaders from the hordes of Houthi militias and terrorist organizations.”
At the end of the ceremony, the Security Belt Command in the capital Aden honored with shields of excellence in administrative and security work and all other tasks a number of security and military leaders and heads of the Security Belt sectors in the directorates and heads of a number of departments, sections and units at the headquarters of the Security Belt Forces in the capital Aden, in addition to honoring a number of families of martyrs from the Security Belt Forces, the Minister of State and Governor of the capital Aden Ahmed Lamlas, a number of directorate directors, and a number of security and media activists supporting the security forces.
The ceremony witnessed national artistic segments and the recitation of a poem that ignited the enthusiasm of the attendees. A comprehensive documentary film was also shown on the efforts and achievements of the Security Belt Forces in the capital, Aden, during the year 2024 AD.
