Al-Khobaji holds meeting with a number of members of administrative body of the National Assembly

Dr. Nasser Al-Khobaji, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Head of the Negotiations Affairs Unit, chaired on Monday, a meeting with a number of members of the administrative body of the National Assembly.
The meeting was attended by Eng. Adnan Al-Kaf, the member of the Presidency, Acting Secretary-General, Chairman of the Relief and Humanitarian Work Committee, and Attorney Niran Sooki, member of the Presidency and Vice-Chairman of the National Assembly, in which it discussed developments in the political, economic, security, and service situations related to the southern affairs with the entry of the holy, blessed month of Ramadan.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance the role of the National Assembly in the Transitional Council in standing by our southern people, and improving the living conditions of the citizens, and bypassing the current stage that the south is going through.
Al-Khobaji listened from the attendees to a series of concerns and problems that the capital Aden and the southern governorates suffer from, as a result of the country’s economic and service deterioration, and the failure to provide basic services such as electricity and water, and high prices.
Dr. Al-Khobaji reiterated that the leadership of the Transitional Council did not and will not be satisfied that the people of the South live in the distress of living and the deteriorating conditions, pointing out that it is striving to alleviate the suffering that burdens the southern citizens day after day.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the importance of activating the monitoring role over the institutions and agencies of the state and the bodies of the Transitional Council, and the formation of investigation committees in cases of concern to citizens to ensure the identification of the real culprits in their suffering.
