Al-Mahrami: Reading Challenge Competition highlights talents and develops students’ abilities

Abdulrahman Al-Mahrami, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, member of the Presidential Leadership Council, stressed the importance of supporting creative and ambitious youth in various fields.
While receiving the top ten students, representing our country in the final stage of the “Arab Reading Challenge 2024” competition in the UAE, he said that empowering youth is a fundamental pillar for advancing society and facing future challenges.
He stressed that our country’s participation in the competition, which is held under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, is an opportunity to highlight Arab talents and an important platform for developing students’ abilities in reading, analysis and criticism, to build an educated generation.
Al-Mahrami expressed his keenness to provide all forms of support and resolve difficulties facing creative students, and provide them with the appropriate environment to develop their skills and talents, noting that investing in creative youth is an investment in the future.
The top students thanked Al-Mahrami for his support and standing by them since the first moments of their participation in the competition.
