[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Al-Arabia Al-Yamania – Sanaa – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_label type=”info”]Amman – SMA – PIC[/su_label][/su_spacer] In an urgen message from inside Sanaa Central Prison, dean of southern captives, Ahmed Omar Al-Abady Al-Merkashy appealed for wise men of the north to lift unjust oppression off the shoulders of captives. SAMA News is publishing the message:
From Ahmed Omar Al-Abady Al-Merkashy, dean of southern captives to wise men in the north: Lift Unjust off the Oppressed shoulders
All crises of the countries resulted from unjust acts of former and present regimens. I’m addressing you from behind the bars of prison. For a decade I was kept as prisoner with an unjust death sentence. By that fully political sentence I was kept behind bars waiting for my death. To those wise men in the north I speak. Consult your consciousness and your religious beliefs about the unjust treatment of me and my people in the south.
One day I defended our Arab and Islamic dignity and our belief in front of the Zionist entity in southern Lebanon with Palestinian National Liberation Movement (FATH) under commandership of the martyr Yasser Arafat (Abu Ammar) in 1982 during the Israeli Invasion to South Lebanon. I defended the oppressed in Northern Yemen. And today, I pay the price of my political vision since Suoda War and the start of the Peaceful Southern Movement. I address you, wise men of the north. Should any of you answer my call?
