Al-Muharrami gets briefed on details of the operation of security belt forces in seizing 3 tons of drugs

The Deputy President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Commander of the Southern Giants Brigades, Abdul Rahman Abu Zara’a Al Muharrami, met in his office in Ma’ashiq Palace, the Director of the Anti-Narcotics Department of the Security Belt, Captain Mayas Haidara.
In the meeting, Al-Muharrami welcomed Captain Haidara, praising the achievements of his administration along with the competent authorities in the fight against the scourge of drugs.
Mayas briefed Al-Muharrami on the drug seizure reports carried out by the Security Belt forces, which amounted to more than 3 tons, since the establishment of the administration, and included various types of drugs, most of which were hashish, which was officially destroyed after completing the legal procedures with the prosecution.
Mayas stressed that the administration is carrying out plans to expand its activities in various regions and governorates, under the supervision of the Commander-in-Chief of the Belt Forces, Brigadier Mohsen al-Wali, to combat the scourge of drugs, behind which it is intended to corrupt society and target the youth, in particular.
For his part, Al-Muharrami praised the role of the Anti-Narcotics Department, calling for intensifying efforts to eliminate these dangerous substances, which aim to destroy the values and principles of society, stressing that he will constantly follow up and encourage all efforts with the aim of ridding Aden and the south of its destructive dangers.
