Al-Muharrami gets briefed on work progress of the Security and Military Committee

Abdul Rahman Abu Zaraa Al-Muharrami, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, met on Friday, at “Ma’ashiq” Presidential Palace in the capital, Aden, with Major General Haitham Qasim Taher, Member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the Security and Military Committee.
In the meeting, Al-Muharrami listened from Major General Haitham Qasim to a detailed explanation of the committee’s work progress, the results of its field visits to the military regions and axes, the tasks it accomplished on its agenda, and the plan that the committee will work on during the coming period to implement the tasks entrusted to it.
During the meeting, Al-Muharrami got briefed by the Chairman of the Military and Security Committee on all the difficulties that faced and are facing the work of the committee, and the possible ways to overcome them.
In the same context, Al-Muharrami renewed the support and backing of the Presidential Leadership Council for the Military and Security Committee to enable it to perform its tasks, stressing the need to redouble efforts to implement these tasks according to the plan prepared by the presidency of the committee, and according to the directives of the Presidential Leadership Council.
