Al-Qumishi, Habtoor, and Al-Faidhi cases are in symposium of Arab Committee for Human Rights in #Geneva
In a symposium organized by the Arab Committee for Human Rights on Friday at the United Nations building in Geneva, Counselor Abdul-Rahman Al-Mussaibli, the representative of the Southern Transitional Council, raised a number of violations committed by the Special Security Forces in Shabwa governorate against citizens, including the killing of citizen Saeed Al- Qumishi and the torture of citizen Yaslam Habtoor, and kidnapping Prisoner Mohamed Al- Faidhi.
On the other hand, Ambassador Ali Al-Bujairi, member of the Transitional Council team, illustrated the provisions that offend human rights standards in the Yemeni legitimacy, stressing that they contradict the terms of international human rights law, saying that the people of the south were executed in the squares just for raising the flag of the South, or they protest to demand their rights.
