Al-Saqqaf and Al-Roqaibi discuss ways of joint cooperation to implement school activities

The Advisor to the President of the Southern Transitional Council for Youth Affairs, head of the Youth and Students Department in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council, Moamen Hassan Al-Saqqaf, met on Sunday in his office at the headquarters of the General Secretariat, Dr. Mohammed Abdul-Raqib Abdul Rahman Al-Ruqaibi, Director General of the Education Office in the capital, Aden, and in the presence of Mr. Essam Abdo Ali, official in charge of the tasks of the head of the executive body of the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in the capital, Aden.
The meeting discussed ways of joint cooperation between the Youth and Students Department of the Southern Transitional Council and the Education Office in the capital, Aden, in which Moamen Al-Saqqaf welcomed Dr. Al-Ruqaibi, thanking him for his presence and efforts in the service of educational work and his keenness to activate extra-curricular school activities because of their benefit to students by developing their skills, raising their efficiency and endearing them to the scientific material they receive from their teachers away from the boredom of lessons that depend on memorization and conservation, referring to the contribution of extra-curricular activity to encouraging students and motivating them to participate in activities and competitions that are organized inside and outside the walls of their schools.
For his part, the Director-General of the Education Office in the capital, Aden, expressed his happiness and gratitude for the meeting, which will aim to activate extracurricular school activities in partnership with the Youth and Students Department of the Southern Transitional Council, presenting a number of proposals for the upcoming activities that will be sponsored by the department, in addition to discussing robot and artificial intelligence activities and arrangements of establishing summer camps for students, which will be set up by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the government of parity, in coordination with the Education Office in the capital, Aden.
