Al-Saqqaf honors reciter Abdul Rahman Ihab for winning third place in the International Quran Competition

Mr. Moamen Al-Saqqaf, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, head of the Transitional Council Executive Authority in the capital, Aden, honored the reciter Abdul Rahman Ihab on Thursday, in appreciation of his winning third place in the International Quran Competition, which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

During the honoring ceremony, which was attended by the Director of the Department of Thought and Guidance, Hisham Al-Mahdar, and his deputy Mohsen Al-Hashemi, Al-Saqqaf praised the excellence of the reciter Ihab, and his mastery of reciting the Holy Quran, considering this achievement a source of pride for the south, and a beacon that illuminates the path of knowledge and guidance.

Al-Saqqaf stressed the Transitional Council’s support for young talents, especially in religious and cultural fields that enhance Islamic identity and values.
